What are your expenses when you Hire Antler Estate & Liquidation Sales

 

• Commission (30% of Sales in most cases but depending on the situation. All Sales are different we will determine when we meet!

 

EXTRA’S

• Advertising in Newspaper’s If you choose to have a newspaper ad $20-$300 depending on size of add you pay actual cost ( we advertise on many internet sites and huge bright signs )

• Porta Potty (if a restroom is not available for staff use) usually $50 but most of the time not needed

• Dumpster (if needed) you arrange it

• Clean out after Sale if needed
